In accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" (Order No. 4 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), this project must be publicly disclosed during the preparation of the Ecological and Environmental Impact Report, so that the public potentially affected by the project construction may be informed of the project, and so that public attitudes toward and suggestions regarding the project may be understood and made available for public supervision through information disclosure. The first public notice is hereby issued as follows:

I. Basic Information of the Construction Project

Project Name: Anodizing Production Line Technical Renovation Project of Huzhou Yindu Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd.;

Nature of Construction: Renovation and Expansion;

Project Construction Location: No. 18, Industrial Park, Yanghua Village, Nanxun Town, Nanxun District, Huzhou City (within the existing factory premises)

Construction Content: The project involves a total investment of RMB 18 million. It will decommission one anodizing tank (21.25 m³) on the existing large anodizing line, along with the corresponding anodizing production capacity of 500 t/a for automobile roof racks. Using the existing workshop, a new anodizing line for aluminum alloy materials such as shower room fittings will be constructed (adding an anodizing tank with a capacity of 5.22 m³), together with supporting waste gas treatment facilities, to achieve an aluminum alloy material anodizing production capacity of 500 t/a per year. Following implementation of the project, the total anodizing tank capacity and anodizing production capacity will not increase. The project is expected to generate additional sales revenue of RMB 55 million and additional taxes and profits of RMB 6.8 million.

Overview of Existing Facilities: Huzhou Yindu Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd. relocated its entire operations to the Yanghua Village Industrial Park in Nanxun District in 2022. The company operates several advanced anodizing production lines and coating lines, with an annual production capacity of 1.5 million sets of lightweight new-energy-vehicle components and 6,000 tons of other aluminum profiles. The relocation project was approved by the Nanxun Branch of the Huzhou Ecology and Environment Bureau in August 2022. Construction of the main works and environmental protection facilities was essentially completed in May 2023, trial commissioning and trial production were essentially completed in October 2023, and self-inspection and acceptance were completed in February 2024. The company's former factory premises at Jili Village have been relocated and demolished. The company's environmental protection procedures are complete, and all pollutant discharges are able to stably meet the applicable standards.
