Huzhou Yindu Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd. Public Notice on the Second Phase of Public Participation in the Environmental Impact Assessment of the Aluminum Alloy Anodizing Production Line Technical Renovation Project

In accordance with the requirements of the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Order No. 4 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), public participation information shall be disclosed during the preparation of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the Project. The purpose of this public notice is to inform the public within the potentially affected area of the Project’s construction and to solicit public comments and suggestions regarding the Project, while accepting public supervision.

The second phase of public information disclosure is hereby announced as follows:

I. Basic Information of the Construction Project

Project Overview:
The total investment of the Project is RMB 18 million. The Project will eliminate one existing oxidation tank with a capacity of 21.25 m³, together with the corresponding annual anodizing capacity of 500 tons for automotive roof rack products.

Utilizing the existing plant facilities, the Project will establish a new aluminum alloy anodizing production line for shower room fittings and other aluminum alloy materials, including a new anodizing tank with a capacity of 5.22 m³, as well as supporting exhaust gas treatment facilities.

Upon completion, the Project will achieve an annual anodizing production capacity of 500 tons of aluminum alloy materials.

After implementation of the Project, there will be no increase in the total capacity of the anodizing tanks or the overall anodizing production capacity. The Project is expected to generate an additional annual sales revenue of approximately RMB 55 million, with additional annual taxes and profits of approximately RMB 6.8 million.

Overview of the Existing Facility:
Huzhou Yindu Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd. completed its overall relocation to Yanghua Village Industrial Park, Nanxun District, in 2022. The Company currently operates multiple advanced oxidation production lines and coating lines, with an annual production capacity of approximately 1.5 million sets of lightweight new energy vehicle components and 6,000 tons of other aluminum profiles.

The relocation project was approved by the Nanxun Branch of the Huzhou Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment in August 2022. The main construction works and environmental protection facilities were substantially completed in May 2023, and commissioning was substantially completed in October 2023, followed by trial production. The Company completed its independent environmental protection acceptance inspection in February 2024.

The Company’s former production site in Jili Village has been relocated and dismantled. The Company has completed the required environmental protection procedures, and all pollutants are currently discharged in stable compliance with applicable emission standards.
