Pretreatment Before Power Coating: Eliminates oil, dust, and rust from aluminum extrusions and forms a corrosion-resistant 'phosphate layer' or 'chromium layer' on the profile surface, enhancing coating adhesion as well.
Powder Coating By Electrostatic Spraying: The powder coating is uniformly applied to the surface of the aluminum extrusion profiles, with a coating thickness of approximately 60–80 µm and not exceeding 120 µm.
Curing After Powder Coating: Aluminum extrusion profiles coated with powder should be heated in a high-temperature oven at approximately 200°C for 20 minutes to melt, flow, and harden the coating.
